The neighborhood of Brickell Condos in Miami is the financial epicenter of South Florida and home to international banks and the largest congregation of condos known as the “Millionaire’s Row” in the early 1900s. The area extends south of the Miami River down to the Rickenbacker Causeway. By the 1970s affluent real estate investors began replacing the historic mansions along Brickell Avenue with condos, hotels, apartments, and office towers. Brickell maintains its reputation as one of the most prestigious condo neighborhoods for buyers – – populated by young professionals, South American entrepreneurs, celebrities, and those who can afford a lavish lifestyle in some of the country’s most luxurious condominiums. The astounding views from the high-rises situated along Brickell Avenue have made this condo neighborhood the densest in Miami; with population growth more than doubling in the past decade. Many of the fortunate condo owners in the area wake up to views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, or the never ending west exposures of the Magic City.
The Brickell Condos neighborhood is home to over 120 residential condo buildings, including many more planned for the near future. From small 400 sq. ft. studios to massive multi-million dollar penthouses that offer local and international buyers an array of investment opportunities. To maintain the area’s high standards, residents pay an average of 70 cents per foot in maintenance fees for their condos, with some newer and more exclusive condos exceeding 1 dollar per square foot. To improve the quality of the Brickell population, Condo Associations are not only responsible for managing the buildings, but also screening new buyers and tenants to safeguard occupants. Most condo buildings include gated entrances to the property and secure elevators with fob access. Brickell condos exceed all buyers and condo renter’s expectations with great amenities such as lap and rooftop swimming pools, complete fitness centers, spa centers, club and business rooms, theaters, and more.
With the shops at Mary Brickell Village just steps away, the Brickell neighborhood offers walkability that many desire in a major city. Projects such as the 9 acre mixed-used development known as Brickell City Centre offer the Brickell Neighborhood an unparalleled high end shopping experience, modern movie theatres with five star dining, and exclusive bars.
