Brickell on the River is a
complex of two residential towers in Brickell
Downtown Miami, Florida, United States.
The complex consists a 42-story North Tower,
which was completed in 2005 and the 46-story
South Tower built in 2007,
and a central plaza
between both towers, containing a restaurant,

immediately adjacent to the North Tower. As it
is located practically in the center of
downtown, the views from the top floors in the
complex are some of the best in Miami (Downtown
Miami, Miami River and the Biscayne Bay).
